WRT Michael's observation that "Belkins is using the fixed cost model now, but very often, we have to put in extra effort to make our campaigns work, and while, the end results of appointments generated are more expensive than before.", my thoughts are. First, clients are not used to T&M pricing when it comes to lead gen services. Secondly, the reason you need to put in extra effort to make your campaigns' work is probably due to the client's product market fit isn't quite there. I'm not totally sure you can accurately assess this before closing the deal.

I agree with Michael. An aha I got from this episode is Ivan's clever positioning of You Are Launched as an agency that launches startups instead of a software development agency that services startups. Even Ivan's company's name is a meaningful one, You Are Launched. Good job!
