Great post. I find that clients come to us for the SDRs but then expect we also throw into the GTM consulting for free. Did you have to raise your prices significantly to provide this more holistic services which goes beyond just meetings booked?

Also, I'm curious do your multichannel cadences live in just one tool? We are cold call heavy shop but also send non automated emails and linked in. For cold calling do you just use hubspot + nooks?

Brendan, we had to raise prices by 30%-40% to bring on more experienced people for consulting work. Further, the client team needs to work with fewer clients, and there are additional titles like RevOps or just Client Ops that we brought in to create a more well-rounded offer for clients. This all got us in the pricing spiral, so we had to spend and charge more.

Our toolstack is HubSpot+Reply.io+Expandi.io+Nooks. Hope this helps!

Really admire the level of introspection here. Getting caught up in short-term wins is easy, but the real value comes from stepping back and thinking long-term. Love the drive to keep pushing boundaries!
